- A résumé, attached when you register
- WSIB clearance and liability insurance are a plus — bring them if you have them; both are needed before you are sent on an abatement site
- A driver's licence and your own vehicle are a plus
- Sub work: you invoice Safeway per job, you are not an employee
- Plumbers: a Certificate of Qualification (306A)
- Electricians: a Certificate of Qualification (309A), working through an ESA/ECRA Licensed Electrical Contractor
The work
Reconnecting and finishing what a flood, a fire or an abatement took out: fixtures, supply and drain, panels, circuits, lighting and the inspections that go with them.
You quote each job from the scope we send; once agreed, that is the price. You invoice Safeway when it is done.
