The clean after the work.

Post-construction and deep cleaning — the thorough reset that turns a finished job site or an emptied home into a space you'd actually want to move into. Recurring contracts for offices, clinics and buildings too, with the task list written down.

How to verify each of these — including how to check any contractor, not just us.

How it works

  1. 01

    Walkthrough & scope

We look at what actually needs doing — post-renovation dust, a deep clean, or a move-in/out reset — and scope the work to the space rather than a generic checklist.

  2. 02

    Dust & debris removal

Construction leaves fine dust in every crevice. We clear it properly — surfaces, fixtures, vents, and the spots a regular clean skips — so the space is genuinely usable, not just tidy.

  3. 03

    Deep clean

Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and fixtures cleaned to a real reset, not a surface wipe — the difference you notice when you actually move back in.

  4. 04

    Final detail & check

A final pass on the details and a walkthrough, so the result matches what was scoped before we call it done.

Preliminary estimate

A planning range for a clean.

The condition of the space and the level of clean drive the number, so this is a preliminary range — confirmed once we've scoped it.

Step 1 of 3 · About the job

Offices, clinics, retail & buildings

Cleaning on a schedule, written down.

The usual complaint about a cleaning contractor isn't the first month. It's month seven, when the washrooms are still done and somehow the baseboards aren't, and nobody can say when that changed.

You get the spec

Every task on your contract, listed. Not “general cleaning” — the actual list, agreed before we start, so there is something to hold us to.

Every visit is recorded

What was done, what wasn't, and how long it took. If something got skipped, it's on the record — including when the record is inconvenient for us.

Extra work gets priced, not absorbed

If you ask for something outside the spec we'll do it and tell you what it costs. Quietly absorbing it is how a contract gets thin and the service quietly gets worse.

Weekly, twice a week, or nightly. Offices, clinics, retail units, common areas and post-tenant turnovers across Toronto and the GTA. One contractor for the cleaning and for the restoration work when something goes wrong — which, in this trade, it eventually does.

A recurring price comes after somebody has walked the space. Anyone quoting a monthly figure over the phone is guessing at how long it takes — and that guess is what gets cut from later. Multiple properties?

Common questions

What is post-construction cleaning?

The clean-up after a renovation, demolition, or build. Construction dust is extremely fine and settles everywhere, so it needs a specific, thorough clean — not a standard tidy — before a space is genuinely ready to use.

Do you offer recurring or commercial cleaning?

Yes. Recurring work is set up as a contract with a written spec — every task listed and agreed before we start — and each visit is recorded against it, including anything skipped. Weekly, twice a week or nightly. A price follows a walkthrough, because a monthly figure quoted over the phone is a guess at how long the job takes.

Is this a move-in / move-out clean too?

Yes — a deep reset of an empty or being-emptied space is one of the most common reasons people book this. It's the same thorough clean, timed around your move.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Cleaning is quoted as a complete service with supplies and equipment included — you don't need to provide anything.
