When you request an estimate, book an inspection, or send an inquiry, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact information, the property address, and what you tell us about the work, including any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use it to respond to your request, prepare estimates and quotes, schedule and perform work, and keep records of the service. We do not sell your information. We ask for your consent before contacting you, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Photos and documents

Please avoid including unnecessary personal information — documents, medication, financial details, or identifiable people — in the photos you upload. Uploads are kept with your project record.

Website analytics

If website analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — pages viewed, which service pages lead to an estimate request, and when someone taps our phone number. This tells us which services and neighbourhoods to focus on.

We deliberately keep this to measurement only: advertising and personalisation signals are turned off, IP addresses are truncated, and we never attach your name, email, phone number or address to an analytics event. Analytics uses cookies; you can block or clear them in your browser without affecting your ability to use the site, request an estimate, or call us.
