- WSIB clearance and liability insurance are a plus — bring them if you have them; both are needed before you are sent on an abatement site
- A driver's licence and your own vehicle are a plus
- Sub work: you invoice Safeway per job, you are not an employee
- Experienced in your trade — a few years on the tools, and work you can show us
The work
Subfloor prep, underlay, flooring and tile on homes we have already stripped and dried. Bathrooms and kitchens come up often, so tile work including waterproofing membranes is a real plus.
You quote each job from the scope we send; once agreed, that is the price. You invoice Safeway when it is done.
